Iranians rally outside the French Embassy in Tehran to protest French police actions, following weeks of student demonstrations across France.
Protesters chanted slogans, holding signs that read in French "France, cradle of human rights or cradle of repression?" and "Mr. Macron, in the land of human rights, do they use tear gas on 15-year-old high school students?"
Tens of thousands of students have taken to the streets across France since late September, when students began blocking high school entrances, prompting the deployment of riot police and leading to violent clashes.
