Gaza’s public transportation system is nearing collapse, with around 70 percent of its bus fleet out of service amid severe shortages of tires, oils and spare parts.

As war-damaged roads continue to take a toll on the remaining vehicles, Palestinians are spending hours searching for transport, cramming into makeshift vehicles and struggling to reach work and access healthcare and other essential services.
