Israel’s targeting of Palestinian journalists constitutes crime against humanity under intl. law: Analyst
The editor-in-chief of Mena Uncensored, Leila Hatoum, says the abduction of Press TV’s West Bank correspondent, Naqaa Hamed, amounts to a war crime.
She says that Israel is deliberately targeting journalists to silence coverage of ongoing abuses in the occupied West Bank.
Hatoum also warns that Palestinian reporters face killings, intimidation, and administrative detention, and that continued international inaction risks leaving no one to document events on the ground.
