Iran’s resistance changed balance of power in West Asia: Analyst
Military and strategic affairs analyst Ali Hamie says Iran’s resistance has changed the balance of power in the West Asia region.
He has argued that US aggression against Iran is increasingly creating economic and political repercussions for Washington, both domestically and internationally.
According to the analyst, US military pressure on Iran is affecting the American economy and way of life, while also fueling growing opposition to Washington’s policies around the world.
The analyst pointed to what he described as simultaneous military, economic and trade confrontations involving Iran, China and Canada.
The analyst also said that these policies are placing growing strain on the United States’ relations with its traditional allies, including members of the G7 and NATO.
He argued that the international balance of power is currently undergoing a significant shift, particularly in terms of the stability and political dynamics of West Asia.
According to his assessment, a number of regional countries and centers of power are gradually moving beyond the influence of US policy in the region.
The analyst attributed what he described as this changing regional balance largely to Iran’s continued resistance to US pressure and its broader stance toward Washington in West Asia.
