Pakistan marks prophet Muhammad’s birth anniversary with calls for Muslim unity

People in Pakistan, like Muslims in other parts of the world, have marked the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad.
Countrywide processions and rallies were held to commemorate the occasion. Religious leaders and participants called for Muslim unity and solidarity amid heightened tensions across the region.
