The leader of Yemen's Ansarullah movement says the recent US-Israeli war of aggression against Iran and its allied resistance forces in the region has ended in a defeat for the aggressors.
"…we have witnessed the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the unified front of the Resistance in the face of the aggressive actions of the United States and the Zionist regime," Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said in a televised speech on Tuesday.
He was addressing million-strong rallies across the country to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The Yemeni leader said such achievements during the regional battle against the war of aggression on Iran were evident in places like Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, and Iraq, where the US and the Israeli regime had abundant tools and military power at their disposal.
"The Axis of Resistance was able to overcome the military and political calculations of the aggressors and register valuable victories to preserve the security and territorial integrity of the region," he said.
'Zionism seeks to control Muslims'
Elsewhere in his speech, the Ansarullah leader said that the Zionists controlling the Israeli regime have a project to weaken and dominate Muslims around the world through occupation and the plundering of their resources.
He stressed that Muslims have a duty to confront the Zionist project or any other scheme seeking to subordinate them.
"We must break free from all forms of subordination to the forces of evil, represented today by the Zionist movement and its Western followers," al-Houthi said.
"Zionism targets our Islamic nation and seeks to control our peoples, enslave and humiliate them, occupy their homelands, and plunder their resources."
He said that Muslims should unite and become resolute in defending Palestine against recurrent Israeli aggression and the regime's efforts to impose its false narrative in the region.
