Analyst: US war on Iran faces growing opposition in Europe
Author and commentator John Steppling says Norway’s financial support for Ukraine reflects growing desperation across Europe, as public opinion turns increasingly against the war and European countries face mounting economic pressure.
Steppling said the conflict has failed to develop as expected and that public sentiment has shifted dramatically over the past two years.
“Public opinion has absolutely changed from two years ago. It has all flipped,” he said, arguing that support for the conflict has declined significantly across Europe.
