Suicide among US marines
As USS Abraham Lincoln's sailors have spent over 250 days without a port call, reports point to suicide attempts by young crewmembers aboard the aircraft carrier.
US senators have demanded an investigation into the "alarming" conditions of the carrier. War Secretary Hegseth has, however, called reports of deteriorating conditions "false narrative."
Meantime, the carrier is set to be replaced by another one amid concerns over sailors' health. This edition of Spotlight looks into such narrative and reasons behind suicide among US marines.
