In Sirik, one of the hardest-hit cities in Iran’s Hormozgan Province, attacks by the US on civilian infrastructure left thousands without access to water after a key reservoir was destroyed and another damaged.

Local emergency and crisis management teams responded swiftly, restoring the water network and reconnecting around 20,000 residents, reflecting the city's determination to recover despite the attacks. Moeen Amini reports.
