Israeli war minister Katz vows to build settlements in occupied Gaza

Israel Katz, the Israeli minister of military affairs, has unveiled a new outrageous plan, saying the regime has no intention to leave the Gaza Strip, rather would build settlements in the northern part of the coastal Palestinian territory.
The announcement came simultaneously with plans to establish three new military outposts in northern Gaza. Press TV's Motee Musabeh has the details.
