Muslims in Paris commemorate Ashura

Groups of Muslim people have held ceremonies in Paris to commemorate Ashura.
The occasion marks the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hossein (AS) and his 72 companions killed during the battle of Karbala more than 14 centuries ago. The commemorations in Paris culminated on Wednesday.
