A series of Israeli drone strikes has killed three Palestinians, including a senior police official, and wounded several others amid continued violations of a ceasefire agreement by Israeli occupation forces.

The Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli drone attacks across Gaza on Sunday.

In the first incident, an Israeli airstrike hit a Palestinian vehicle in the al-Amal neighbourhood west of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, killing two police officers and injuring others.

Gaza’s Interior Ministry confirmed the deaths of Lieutenant Colonel Wissam Fayez Abdel Hadi and Sergeant Fadi Abdel Moati Heikal.

In central Gaza, another Palestinian was killed, and several others were wounded after Israeli drones carried out strikes near the Makki roundabout in Al-Maghazi refugee camp.

In a third incident, a Palestinian was wounded when an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on the al-Shakoush area north of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Israeli artillery also carried out heavy shelling in the eastern areas of al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Yunis.

Although a ceasefire has been in place since October 2025, Israel has continued to carry out strikes on the besieged territory and maintain a blockade that has severely restricted the entry of essential supplies and medical equipment.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, approximately 851 Palestinians have been killed and 2,437 wounded since October 11, 2025.
