Gaza bread crisis: 30 bakeries struggle to feed millions amid siege

As the humanitarian crisis in Gaza deepens, even bread, the most basic staple of life, has become a symbol of struggle for survival.

With border closures choking the supply of flour and fuel, only a handful of bakeries remain functional across the besieged Strip. Our correspondent Minas Al Jabbour reports on the mounting pressure as the international aid slowdown has left the majority of Gazans wondering about their next meal.
