IRGC says ready to create ‘shocking events’ beyond enemy’s comprehension on battlefield

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has announced its readiness to create shocking events far beyond the comprehension and calculation of the US-Israeli enemy on the battlefield.

In a statement marking the anniversary of the IRGC’s establishment on Wednesday, the organization emphasized that its multiple forces and the popular Basij “are ready to create achievements and shocking events far beyond the comprehension and calculation of the warmongering and treacherous enemy, utilizing new cards on the battlefield.”

The statement said that IRGC is at the peak of readiness and determination to continue the battle against the enemies and is “ready for decisive, certain, and immediate confrontation with any threat or repetition of enemy aggression.”

“In a new round of possible military battle, we will inflict crushing blows beyond the enemy’s imagination on their remaining assets in the region,” the IRGC said.

The United States and Israel launched an unprovoked war on Iran on February 28, assassinating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and striking nuclear sites, schools, hospitals and a synagogue in Tehran.

Iran’s armed forces responded with 100 waves of retaliatory strikes under Operation True Promise 4, launching hundreds of ballistic and hypersonic missiles, as well as drones, against American military bases across West Asia and Israeli positions throughout the occupied territories.

A two-week ceasefire, brokered by Pakistan, is currently in place, though tensions remain high over US threats of a naval blockade and Iran’s firm control over the Strait of Hormuz.

Regarding the recent combined missile and drone operation, the IRGC stated the 100-wave system of combined missile and drone operations “inflicted fatal and devastating blows to their infrastructure, strategic centers, and support capabilities.”

This led to a “cognitive vacuum” for the aggressive and invading front on the battlefield, and subsequently to miscalculations and their pleading for a ceasefire from mighty and proud Iran, it added.

“Today, with the collapse of the hollow prestige of the military power of the United States and the Zionist regime, we are on the verge of entering a new regional order in West Asia — without the presence of foreign and arrogant powers, especially America — and creating a stable and secure environment,” it added.
