True Promise 4: Iran and resistance axis ops. against US-Israeli assets on Mar. 12

Iranian armed forces and resistance groups across the region continue to carry out retaliatory military operations against the United States and the Israeli regime.

On Thursday, March 12, 2026, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army conducted multiple operations as part of Operation True Promise 4, which was launched immediately after the US-Israeli coalition carried out an unprovoked act of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran on February 28.

Iranian armed forces have so far carried out 42 waves of missile and drone strikes with advanced weaponry targeting Israeli military facilities in the occupied territories, as well as US occupation bases and assets scattered across the West Asia region.

The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq have also joined the front against the external aggressors, inflicting heavy blows on the enemy.

Hezbollah’s operations have been primarily focused on Israeli military sites in the occupied territories. Its operations are both in response to the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the relentless ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime over the past year.

Iraqi resistance groups have also been carrying out daily operations, primarily against American military assets in Iraq and other Arab countries.

Below is a list of operations carried out by the Iranian armed forces, as well as resistance movements in Lebanon and Iraq, against the United States and the Zionist regime on Thursday, March 12:

Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC):

• Launched Wave 40 of Operation True Promise 4 under the sacred code name "Ya Amir al-Mu'minin" by launching Qadr, Emad, Kheibar-Shekan, and Fattah missiles against critical targets in Tel Aviv, the occupied lands of Al-Quds, Haifa, and US military bases in the region, such as Al-Azraq and Al-Kharj, in joint coordination with the forces of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.
• Safe Sea ship, owned by the US with the flag of the Marshall Islands, was struck as one of the assets of the US army in the northern Persian Gulf after failing to comply and ignoring warnings from the IRGC Navy.
• Launched 41st wave of Operation True Promise 4 was in the memory of the martyrs of the Ramadan War, especially the man of the battlefield, the valiant commander of the IRGC, Mohammad Pakpour, on the eve of Al-Quds Day, under the code name "To Al-Quds," against targets of the American-Israeli enemy in Tel Aviv and occupied Al-Quds, and against the bases of US soldiers in the region.
• The operation was carried out using more than ten heavy and massive Khorramshahr missiles with multiple warheads, Qadr missiles with multiple warheads, Kheibar Shekan missiles with a one-ton warhead, and hypersonic Fattah missiles with a one-ton warhead, alongside kamikaze drones.
• Launched wave 42th of Operation True Promise 4 under the sacred code "Labaik Ya Khamenei," in commemoration of the martyrs of the Ramadan War, and dedicating this wave to the martyred leader of the revolution, and his honorable family, by launching heavy Emad, Qadr, Kheibar-Shekan, and Fattah missiles and attack drones at the heart of Tel Aviv and the bases of the terrorist US army.

Iranian Army:

• Attacked the control tower, airport runway, and hangars of the Israeli military’s  "Palmachim" and "Ovda" airbases, as well as the headquarters of the regime's "Shin Bet," using kamikaze drones.
• Attacked the "Palmachim" airbase, located near "Tel Aviv," which is the center for the regime's satellite launches and missile tests, and hosts missile defense systems such as David's Sling and Hermes 900 drones.
• Attacked the "Ovda" airbase, one of the strategic facilities and a training base for the Israeli air force. This base has served as a deployment site for American F-22 fighter jets.

Hezbollah:

• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the "Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul" operations series, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to the settlement of "Kiryat Shmona", the resistance fighters targeted it twice with a swarm of suicide drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul series of operations, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to the settlement of "Nahariya", the resistance fighters targeted it twice with rocket barrages.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of 'Asf al-Ma'kul operations, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to several settlements in northern occupied Palestine, the resistance fighters targeted the "Metulla" settlement with a missile salvo.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the "Al-Asf al-Ma'kul" series of operations, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to a number of settlements in occupied northern Palestine, the resistance fighters targeted the "Shlomi" settlement with a swarm of suicide drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the 'Asf al-Ma'kul' operation series, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the "Stella Maris" base (a strategic base for maritime monitoring and surveillance at the northern coast level) with a swarm of assault drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that struck dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul operations, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to the settlement of "Kiryat Shmona", the resistance fighters targeted it three times with rocket barrages.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the "Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul" operation series, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to a number of settlements in northern occupied Palestine, the resistance fighters targeted the "Metulla" settlement another time with a rocket barrage.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul operations, and in the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to a number of settlements in occupied northern Palestine, the resistance fighters targeted the "Avivim" settlement with a squadron of attack drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, as part of the "Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul" series of operations, and within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to a number of settlements in northern occupied Palestine, the resistance fighters targeted the "Shtula" settlement with a squadron of attack drones.

• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul operations, the resistance fighters targeted the military industries complex belonging to the Rafael company north of the occupied city of Haifa with a squadron of attack drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of "Asf al-Ma'kul" operations, the resistance fighters targeted the "Nesher" base southeast of the city of Haifa with a barrage of qualitative missiles.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns and the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the 'Asf al-Ma'kul series of operations, and within the framework of the warning that the Islamic Resistance directed to the "Nahariya" settlement, the resistance fighters targeted it with a squadron of attack drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and as part of the "Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul" series of operations, the resistance fighters targeted the Beit Lid base (a military base containing training camps for the Nahal Brigade and the Paratroopers Brigade) with a barrage of qualitative missiles.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of Al-Asf Al-Ma'kul operations, the resistance fighters targeted the Glilot base (headquarters of the 8200 Military Intelligence Unit), which is 110 km from the Lebanese-Palestinian border, in the suburbs of "Tel Aviv", with a salvo of qualitative missiles.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the series of 'Asf al-Ma'kul' operations, the resistance fighters targeted the "Ya'ara" barracks with a swarm of attack drones.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the headquarters of the special naval missions unit "Shayetet 13" at the "Atlit" base, south of the occupied city of Haifa, with a barrage of qualitative missiles.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted the air defense system surrounding the occupied city of Caesarea with a barrage of qualitative missiles.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted the air defense system in "Ma'alot Tarshiha" with a rocket barrage.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, and within the framework of the warning issued by the resistance to several settlements in northern occupied Palestine, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the "Even Menachem" settlement.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns and the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli army soldiers on Al-Hamames Hill, south of the city of Al-Khiam, with a rocket barrage.
