True Promise 4: Iran and resistance axis ops. against US-Israeli assets on Mar. 11

Iranian armed forces and resistance groups across the region continue to carry out retaliatory military operations against the United States and the Israeli regime.

On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army conducted multiple operations as part of Operation True Promise 4, which was launched immediately after the US-Israeli coalition carried out an unprovoked act of aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran on February 28.

Iranian armed forces have so far carried out 38 waves of missile and drone strikes with advanced weaponry targeting Israeli military facilities in the occupied territories, as well as US occupation bases and assets scattered across the West Asia region.

The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq have also joined the front against the external aggressors, inflicting heavy blows on the enemy.

Hezbollah’s operations have been primarily focused on Israeli military sites in the occupied territories. Its operations are both in response to the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the relentless ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime over the past year.

Iraqi resistance groups have also been carrying out daily operations, primarily against American military assets in Iraq and other Arab countries.

Below is a list of operations carried out by the Iranian armed forces, as well as resistance movements in Lebanon and Iraq, against the United States and the Zionist regime on Wednesday, March 11:

Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC):

• A Hermes 900 drone was intercepted and destroyed in the skies of Fars province by the IRGC's advanced modern air defense systems and under the control of the country's integrated air defense network.
• Wave 37 of Operation True Promise 4 was carried out with the blessed code "O Commander of the Faithful" on the night of the 21 Ramadan. In this wave, US-Israeli bases in Erbil and the Fifth Fleet in Bahrai, as well as "Be'er Ya'akov" in the heart of Tel Aviv, came under Kheibar-Shekan and Qadr missiles with 1-ton multiple warheads, and heavy and massive Khorramshahr and Kheibar missiles with multiple warheads.
• Wave "38th" of Operation True Promise 4 crushed the remnants of the American military in the region, with massive missile strikes on the Al-Adairi helicopter base. The infrastructure arteries of the US base in Mina Salman port, as the center of the US 5th fleet, including the highly key "Leeds" system, were hit by Iranian missiles and drones. Simultaneously, the Patriot camp, equipment sheds, and housing and gathering centers for US soldiers at the two naval bases of Mohammad Al-Ahmad and Ali Al-Salem were also hit.
• Israeli-owned ship "Expres Room", flying the Liberian flag, was struck by projectiles after ignoring warnings from the IRGC Navy forces and was brought to a halt.
• The container ship "Mayuree Naree" was also subjected to fire from IRGC Navy forces after ignoring warnings from the IRGC Navy and insisting on illegally passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
• Wave 39^th of Operation True Promise 4 was carried out with the sacred code of "Oh Commander of the Faithful against targets of the American-Israeli enemy.

Iranian Army:

• Launched a barrage of suicide drones against several targets in the occupied territories, including the Military Intelligence Directorate of the regime army, known as "Aman," Unit 8200, the Green Pine radar, and the submarine command headquarters building at the naval base in "Haifa."

Hezbollah:

• After spotting a force of the Israeli army advancing towards the Al-Khanouq area in the border town of Aitaroun, resistance fighters targeted it with a missile barrage.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, and the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted a gathering of vehicles and soldiers of the Israeli army at the Al-Marj site opposite the border town of Markaba with rocket salvos.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, resistance fighters targeted an assembly of Israeli army forces at the newly established Markaba site with artillery shells.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli army forces near the "al-Manara" site with a rocket salvo.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli army forces south of the city of Al-Khiam with a rocket barrage.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli army forces south of the city of Khiam for the second time with a rocket barrage.
• In response to the Israeli aggression that affected dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburb of Beirut, the resistance fighters targeted the newly established "Blat" site in southern Lebanon with artillery shells.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq:

• The fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq shot down an MQ9 drone belonging to the US occupation forces in the north of Basra Governorate, using the appropriate weapon.
• The fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq launched "Hadeed" type drones toward American occupation bases.
