President Pezeshkian visits hospitals treating victims of US-Israeli war crimes

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian has visited several hospitals and specialized treatment centers to inspect those who have been injured during the US-Israeli aggression.

On a field mission to directly monitor medical service delivery, Pezeshkian, accompanied by the health minister, visited several hospitals and specialized treatment centers for the wounded from the recent US-Israeli aggression.

During this visit, the President toured specialized sections, observing medical protocols and assessing the latest health status of the wounded.

While attending to the defenders of security and affected civilians, he praised their patience and selflessness.

He instructed the medical staff to secure strategic medicines, maximize the use of specialist personnel, and eliminate any logistical shortfalls.

Pezeshkian reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing all necessary facilities to accelerate recovery and reunite the wounded with their families.

According to the Ministry of Health, preliminary statistics from the first week of the US-Israeli aggression against Iran show 198 female martyrs, 190 individuals under 18, and six children under five.

Children account for about 30 % of the total martyrs. Among the injured, 1,044 are women, 584 are under 18, and 54 are under five years old.
