For months, Israel tied the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal to the return of the last deceased captive.
Now, despite the discovery of the captive’s body, the regime continues to violate the deal, including its refusal to fully open the Rafah crossing. Palestinians warn that delays and partial measures risk turning the ceasefire into an empty promise.
