Israel opens Gaza Valley dam, causing floods and tormenting the displaced

Israel has opened the Gaza Valley dam, causing more areas to be submerged and creating havoc among the displaced who had already been struggling with heavy winter rains and strong winds.
The waters from the dam flooded houses and tents, turning an already harsh winter into another chapter of loss and uncertainty.
