Bethlehem’s Aida refugee camp playground faces demolition threat

In the Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, Israeli authorities have issued demolition threats against the camp’s only playground — a rare space where hundreds of Palestinian children find room to play, train, and breathe.

The decision has sparked anger and concern among residents, who say the playground is a lifeline in a densely populated refugee camp surrounded by walls and checkpoints. Naqaa Hamed Reports.
