The ancient Iranian festival of Shab-e-Yalda was marked with a message of resistance and remembrance in Karachi this year.
Alongside poetry and culture, the ceremony honored the martyrs of Palestine and Lebanon, linking the symbolism of light after darkness with the ongoing resistance struggles in the region.
