Fueling Ukraine war or making peace?

European Union leaders have met in Brussels to vote on tapping nearly 200 billion dollars in frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine over the next two years. The plan has sparked fierce warnings from Moscow.

The British Prime Minister stated that a coalition of "the willing" has prepared plans to send forces if a ceasefire occurs. Zakharova labeled the group a "coalition of warmongers."

With the EU leaders looking to further fund what many refer to as an unwinnable war, and with Russia's money at that to further add to tensions, one has to ask, is there more will to end this conflict or watch it consume Ukraine, because after all, that is exactly what is happening.
