Over a dozen killed in Islamabad blast, Waziristan college assault

At least a dozen people have been killed and 27 wounded in a bomb blast in Pakistan’s capital Islamabad.

Pakistan has blamed India and Afghanistan for the attack. The two, however, have not reacted yet.
