US govt. shutdown: Americans are suffering due to US political wrangling
The US government shutdown is continuing, as the democrats and Republicans wrangle over what will lead to the shutdown ending.
Like previous shutdowns, this has been a bipartisan issue, and not so much with any budget restraints. But what it has done is that many federal workers are bearing the brunt of this, becoming collateral damage of US politics. Roya joins us now to tell us more.
