Warnings over Israel-Lebanon escalation

At least one person was killed and another injured in an Israeli drone strike on southern Lebanon. Also, three people were killed in such attacks on Friday. The Israeli regime’s escalating attacks and occupation posts push the region dangerously closer to wider war. Despite the ceasefire, Israeli strikes kill families, elderly citizens, and workers rebuilding homes. 

This as the US and French mediators have been criticized for being unwilling to restrain the regime’s repeated violations of the ceasefire. Also, the Lebanese government faces criticism for failing to pursue the regime’s war crimes at the United Nations.
