Iraq, Kurdistan reach new oil agreement to regulate exports, boost revenues

Iraq and the Kurdistan Region have signed oil agreement aimed at regulating exports, boosting revenues, and resolving long-standing disputes between Baghdad and Erbil. Under the deal, the region will produce 280,000 barrels of oil per day.
