A British activist jailed over a raid on an Israeli arms firm is on her fourth week of hunger strike.
Supporters say her health is failing and prosecutors’ use of "counter-terror laws" is fueling international solidarity. And as Saeed Pourreza reports from London, Teuta Hoxha has now been joined by two political prisoners in the United States, who have also gone on hunger strike in solidarity.
