The number of Palestinian athletes killed by Israeli forces has reached 800, including 13 footballers who lost their lives in just one month.
The most recent victim was Suleiman Al Obaid, a former Palestine national team player and one of football icons in Gaza, who was killed in an airstrike while waiting for humanitarian aid.
