Hezbollah refuses timetable for disarmament

Shia ministers walked out of a Lebanese cabinet meeting after it decided to task the national army with drafting a plan to restrict arms before the end of August.
Hezbollah’s leader made it clear in a speech coinciding with the meeting that the issue of arms should be dealt with through dialogue only.
