Protesters have gathered outside the Spanish parliament ahead of a critical vote that could reshape the country’s arms trade policy.
Lawmakers are deciding whether to move forward with a draft bill that would ban export of weapons to regimes accused of committing genocide, with Tel Aviv named as the first case.
