Spain opposition threatens to stop law protecting African migrant minors

Spain has passed legislation to protect thousands of unaccompanied African children arriving in the country.
The new legislation aims to guarantee the minors’ rights and provide a legal framework for their relocation. The law, however, seems to be facing hurdles as opposition parties have threatened to take legal action to prevent its implementation.
