April 8: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 33,200 Palestinians so far, including nearly 16,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Monday, April 8, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on April 8:
(Gaza Strip)

• Bombed the headquarters of the Israeli military’s Nahal Brigade operating in the Netzarim axis with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on April 8:
(Gaza Strip and West Bank)

• In a joint operation with the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, bombarded the "Kfar Azza" Israeli military site with a barrage of rockets.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces in the Tulkarem camp, northwest of the occupied West Bank, with machine guns and explosive devices.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces and their military vehicles storming the Balata camp, the northern part of occupied West Bank, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on April 8:
(Gaza Strip and West Bank)

• Bombed a gathering of Israeli troops in “Re’im” with a barrage of rockets.
• Targeted the settlement of "Merav", east of the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, which was built on the lands of the town of Jalboun, with a volley of bullets.
• Engaged in clashes with Israeli forces at several fronts, resulting in many casualties.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on April 8:
(Gaza Strip)

• In a joint operation with the Al-Asifah Forces, bombed Israeli military positions in Al-Qarara town, north of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza, with mortar shells.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Asifah Forces, shelled Israeli military positions south of Gaza City.
• Targeted Israeli military sites in the northeast of Al-Qarara town north of Khan Younis city, with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on April 8:
(Lebanon)

Eastern sector:

• At around 17:30 local time, the Zibdin barracks in Shebaa was targeted with missiles.
• At around 17:40 local time, the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in Kafr Shuba was targeted with missiles.
• At around 23:10 local time, Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of Ramim Barracks were targeted with artillery shells.

Western sector:

• At around 13:45 local time, the Ras Naqoura naval site, was targeted with a drone.
• At around 16:10 local time, Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Hadab Yarin site were targeted with Burkan missiles.
• At around 18:50 local time, Israeli soldiers, east of the Hanita site, were targeted with artillery shells, confirmed casualties.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq’s operations on April 8:

• Targeted the Israeli military’s “Elifelet” base, north of Lake Tabariyya, in occupied territories with a barrage of drones
