Yemen raps UNSC condemnation of Red Sea operation in support of Gaza

Yemen’s Foreign Ministry has censured the UN Security Council for issuing a statement against the country’s naval operations in the Red Sea. The 15-member council discussed the Red Sea this week despite repeated declaration by the Yemeni army that its operation is mainly on Israel or Israeli-linked ships in a show of solidarity with Palestinians and against the regime’s bloodshed in Gaza.
