Palestinians facing genocide

Death toll from US-Israeli genocide in besieged Gaza Strip rises to 30,960 since October 7, with women and children making up the majority of the victims, and several more Palestinian children lose their lives due to starvation and dehydration in Gaza.

The United States says it will build a temporary port off of Gaza to help get humanitarian aid to enter the strip as the majority of the population is at risk of starving to death. The move, according to MSF, is a "glaring distraction from real problem." This comes as several Western states have suspended UNRWA funding over allegations by Israel against the agency.

In this edition of the Spotlight, Press TV interviews Amal Wahdan, human rights activist from Ramallah, and Saeb Shaath, author and West Asia expert from Belfast, to look at the latest developments in Gaza, US plan, and allegations against UNRWA.
