High winds sweep Norway as Storm Ingunn moves north

Norwegian police on Thursday cordoned off the center of the coastal town of Bodo and asked residents to stay indoors as Storm Ingunn moved north.

The storm has battered large parts of Norway, cancelling ferries, closing roads and damaging buildings.
