US protesters in Dallas demand government stop supporting Israel
Dozens of pro-Palestine protesters demonstrated outside Dallas Love Field Airport on Monday to demand that the US government stop supporting and providing aid to Israel, as President Joe Biden makes his first visit to Dallas since taking office.
Footage shows protesters chanting pro-Palestinian slogans and holding Palestinian flags and signs.
"We cannot let Biden come into Dallas and welcome him with open arms we must demand, we must let Biden know that he is not welcome in our city that this is ours, and that he's not welcome in it, and that we demand that he issue a permanent ceasefire immediately," said Naya Mohamer, a protester.
President Joe Biden arrived at Love Field for his first visit in office to Dallas to participate in the funeral of Dallas Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson.
