AS Roma lifted their first major European title, in more than 60 years, following a 1-0 victory over Feyenoord Rotterdam, in the Europa Conference League final.
Nicolo Zaniolo’s 32-minute opener proved enough, as Roma held off a spirited comeback from Feyenoord, to gift Jose Mourinho his 5th European title. The Dutch opponent struck the woodwork twice in the 2nd half, while crucial saves from Roma keeper, Rui Patricio denied them the trophy.
