NBA Second-Round Playoffs: Warriors rout Grizzlies 142-112, lead series 2-1

In the NBA the Golden State Warriors have posted a 142-112 blowout win over the Memphis Grizzlies at Chase Center, in Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals.

Memphis started with six 3-pointers to race out to a double-digit lead in the 1st quarter. But the Warriors put on an offensive clinic to turn the tide, shooting over 63 percent for the game en route to a blowout win. Stephen Curry, Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson combined for 78 points, while the amazing Ja Morant led the Grizzlies with 34, including a halftime buzzer-beater from the half-court.

Morant picked up an injury late in the game and limped to the locker room. The Warriors now lead the series 2-1. Game 4 is on Monday at the same venue. Also in the eastern conference semis, The Bucks edged the Celtics 103-101 in Milwaukee, to lead the series 2-1.
