In the Italian Serie A, Empoli have extended their unbeaten run to 3 games with a 3-1 comeback win against Udinese.
A neat one-two with Isaac Success, placed Gerard Deulofeu well on target to fire Udinese ahead after 22 minutes. Empoli came out in the 2nd half with the intent to impress their home crowd and scored twice in 10 minutes to complete a turn around. Petar Stojanovic pulled Empoli level before Nedim Bajrami’s tap-in made it 2-1.
Bajrami was involved in another key moment, delivering a perfect cutback for Andrea Pinamonti to finish off the contest with 12 minutes to go. The win secured Empoli’s place in 11th while Udinese remained 14th.
