Children heart condition diagnosis platform

In Iran, about 3,000 infants are born everyday. About 5% of them have some sort of heart condition at birth. But only 50% of those heart conditions are diagnosed at the hospital at the time of birth, making treatment way easier and more effective. But the other 50%, may grow up only to find their heart conditions more developed and serious. If only there was a way to prevent those with a quick & reliable diagnosis.
