US Israeli dome funding, but what about Palestinian human rights?

The US House of Representatives has passed a bill to provide one billion dollars of additional funding to replenish Israel’s so-called Iron Dome anti-missile system. The overwhelming bipartisan support for the motion comes at a time when the US government is facing a shutdown due to disagreements between the two political camps over the country’s spending limit.
