Afghan children paid high price of US occupation 

Twenty years of US occupation of Afghanistan brought the war-torn country nothing but death, destruction, and displacement. 

The humanitarian aid organization ‘Save the Children’ has estimated that nearly 33,000 children have been killed or maimed over the two decades.
