Inter Milan have advanced to the Coppa Italia semifinals after edging past city rivals AC Milan 2-1 at the San Siro.
The Rossoneri got on the scoresheet in the 25th minute after Zlatan Ibrahimovic netted-in from close range. Then things turned grim for AC Milan as the veteran striker was sent off after receiving a 2nd yellow card before the hour-mark.
Inter Milan took advantage of the situation as Romelu Lukaku converted a VAR awarded penalty in the 71st minute.
The Milan Derby appeared to be heading into extra time, but Christian Eriksen scored the winner for Inter with a brilliant free-kick from the edge of the box in the dying moment of the match.
