Malaysia is hosting a summit of Muslim-majority countries. Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, who is the chairman of the summit, says the Muslim World is in a "state of crisis". He says the summit is an attempt to find solutions to address the problems facing Muslims worldwide.
