Kiev calls for Budapest Memorandum meeting after Kerch Strait incident

Ukraine has called for a meeting of the signatories to the 1994 Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances following the Kerch Strait incident. Under the agreement, Ukraine agreed to give up its nuclear weapons in return for security guarantees.
