Why has Libya released Saif Gaddafi?

This edition of the program is about the release of Saif al-Islam, Gaddafi’s son.

It talks about  the prospects of him getting some power and returning to politics. The experts believe that it won’t work out any problems in Libya unless foreign interference ends in the country.
