Drone footage has captured a collection of 800 stone sculptures of individuals set in various peaceful poses in Japan’s Toyama prefecture.
The collection belongs to a wealthy local who wanted to create a popular and peaceful tourist attraction.

It is called 'the village where you can meet Buddhist statues'. The owner is said to have paid a Chinese sculptor 60,000,000 dollars to create the collection in 1989.

The figures are said to be eerily lifelike. They are dressed in various formal and traditional costumes and set in Buddhist poses.
