Turkey’s promise to help Iraqis fight ISIL “mere propaganda”

The Turkish government has promised to train Iraqi forces to fight the ISIL. This, as Ankara has always been accused of backing several terrorist groups in the region. Ordinary Turks as well as observers believe that Turkey’s offer to Iraq is mere propaganda aimed at covering up its support for militant groups.
