Aylan Kurdi three-year-old Syrian victim of war

The shocking tsunami of the forced immigration from Turkey to Europe, of the living victims of war in the Middle East, suddenly started in the mid 2015.

In the first 9 months of 2015, over 487,000 people arrived at the European part of the Mediterranean coasts.

This is almost two times more than the number recorded the year before it. Of course, this number is for those who reached their destinations alive, since this journey is a dangerous and a risky one.

The statistics show that between 2015 and 2016, about 3,000 people lost their lives in the Mediterranean Sea.

Aylan Kurdi three-year-old Syrian boy was the victim of this war. The boy whose image made global headlines after he drowned in the Mediterranean Sea.
