The best place to learn "Change Management" is from Islam through the life of Prophet (PBUH). In only 23 years, Islam changed the Prophets society completely. From paganism and idolatry, to being submissive before the one true God; from tribal quarrels and wars to national solidarity and cohesion; from drunkenness and anarchy to disciplined living; from utter bankruptcy to the highest standards of moral excellence; from absolute backwardness and ignorance to becoming the epitome of knowledge, science and civilisation. How can we make a change in our current society following the same sublime Islamic principles?
